The 12-week Wellness Program is designed to help you step-by-step on your journey to better health, focusing on the essentials of sleep, healthy eating and progressive exercise combined with personal development on mindset and positive attitude and simple lifestyle routines.
The 12-week Wellness Program consists of:
12 x 1 hour, one-on-one consultations
Weekly emails
Tailored and flexible programming
Daily routine planning
Pre/Mid/Post health and fitness assessments
Achievable goal setting
Personal development
Progressive exercise and conditioning
Personal training sessions with me (gym)
Personalised exercise programs (home)
Nutritional guidance
On going practical help and motivational support from a health and fitness expert who has overcome CFS himself.
Don’t worry, I will make sure that you won’t overdo it.
Graded exercise therapy (GET) has been shown to improve quality of life for those with CFS. It’s closely monitored, designed specifically for each client and will not worsen your symptoms.
